Physical Therapy Resources

Resources For Physical Therapy

Physical and occupational therapists help patients alleviate pain, improve function, and return to their activities of daily living and/or recreational activities. Together, the therapist and the patient develop an individualized treatment plan to meet the patient’s goals. Visit this page for more information about our Physical Therapy Centers.

As a patient of our physical therapy team, you often will find yourself with “homework”, or exercises to perform in between your therapy appointments. These are important to continue to heal throughout your treatment. Below you will find protocols, or exercises/instructions, that your therapist may ask you to review. We also have videos available for reference. Please only perform activities, exercises or treatment plans as directed by your medical professional team.
